Role Overview
Broadridge is currently seeking a sharp, technology-driven student intern with data analysis and research skills to join our teams for an internship that gives an in-depth understanding of the organization through hands-on work experience and training seminars.

As a Client Services Intern, you will be on the front lines of ensuring Broadridge's global hedge fund client base is effectively using our Order Management System (OMS), reference data and risk products day-to- day to drive their business.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Improve database to further enhance lead generation and extend potential opportunities in the region.
- Ensure that contact database is clean and up to date.
- Monthly monitoring, completion, and publication of data
- Validating the data to ensure it is of a high-quality
- Perform other duties supporting operations as needed
- Gain hedge fund industry and position insights while performing operational support tasks such as preparing and processing documents, conducting research and analysis, liaising with clients, and running ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a college/university taking Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology and/or other related disciplines
- Fluent in English both oral and written communication
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to details
- Location: Makati City, Metro Manila
- Internship must be part of the academic curriculum. Applicants that are enrolled in an internship/OJT or any similar subjects will be prioritized.
