We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Services Representative. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering positive relationships, and supporting the success of both our clients and our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and partners clearly understand client requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and proactive communication.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service value or extend contracts.
- Collaborate with account managers to highlight growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain consistent processes to review service performance, generate reports, and capture client feedback.
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks vital to ensuring seamless service operations.

- Experience in client service and/or account management with proven ability to manage client expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to assess situations and provide effective solutions independently.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Hourly range $26.00- 30.00 USD . Bonus Eligible.
