Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our team inNewark, NJ! We are looking for someone to lead the implementation plan for new BPO clients. We need an individual to handle the successful conversion and onboarding of new clients onto the BPO platform.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client implementations, specifically new clients (institutional banks, retail banks, wealth managers and asset managers) joining the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) platform
Liaise with product, business development, finance, account management and legal teams during new client implementation lifecycle

Serve as the central point of contact between new clients and BPO teams to ensure timely and on-budget implementations
Own client implementation management reporting and present status updates to senior management through Operating Committees and Steering Committees
Identify opportunities for process automation / digital transformation for BPO & clients through the process mapping exercises
Utilize data tools and business intelligence tools to drive effective decision-making
Work on pipeline opportunities to help grow BPO revenue
Qualifications
Proven track record of managing complex projects
Detail-oriented and abil ity to work across all levels of an organization (including global business heads at Broadridge and clients)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of capital market operations, including but not limited to, settlements, asset servicing, tax operations, and account services functions
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience working with project management tools, including but not limited to, Microsoft Project, PowerBI and PowerPoint
PMP is a plus
