We are seeking a collaborative brand and media manager to join our Global Brand & Digital Marketing team, whose mission is to unify our brand strategy with creative design and digital channels to drive the goals of our clients, prospects, business, and brand.
You'll help us showcase the complete marketing picture - helping craft breakthrough campaigns, elevate our stories, and measure our impact.You will embed and drive best practice brand principles and guidelines while informing the brand's activation across channels and campaigns globally. You have experience in unpacking customer insights, diving into competitor research, understanding the roles of various media channels, managing creative timelines, and reporting on channel performance.

And you get excited to engage partners on cross channel campaigns, media trends and performance analytics since you'll be working with many internal and external teams - including design, segment and regional marketing, data and analytics, lead gen, and sales and sales ops.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week. We travel occasionally to collaborate in person or attend company or industry events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Broadridge's global brand campaigns with the Head of Paid Media and Head of Brand Strategy, including media channel planning, and telling the story of the campaign with data and insights, in partnership with our Data & Analytics team
- Help develop updates to Broadridge campaign effectiveness across our visual design system, voice and tone, and guidelines for each of our marketing channels (digital, social, events, out of home, print, editorial content, immersive)
- Collaborate with segment marketing teams, and regional marketing teams across the globe, to help tune marketing tactics to harmonize with the enterprise brand
- Develop recommendations for internal partners on integrated campaign planning and execution to strengthen our impact and user experience
- Partner with our in-house Creative Design team to guide the creation of campaign assets that engage and delight our audiences and refine our channel-specific visual guidelines and best practices fueled by performance data
- Oversee our evolving brand documentation and processes, how we distribute and reinforce brand guidance within the company, and how we manage requests for assets and resources from outside of Marketing
- Partner with Legal to refine and solidify Marketing compliance processes
- 3+ years' experience in media planning and channel management, mostly for B2B; tech, fintech, and/or financial services a plus
- Experience in corporate branding, brand positioning, messaging and marketing communications, mostly for B2B; tech, fintech, and/or financial services a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, editorial content, and analytics and how they work together to inform decisions that affect the brand
- Experience reporting on campaign performance and using the learnings to fuel future campaigns and in-flight optimizations
- An experienced and successful communicator - verbally, written, and via presentations
- A disposition to help internal "clients" succeed, learn from each experience, and have fun along the way
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and help teams operate in a fast-paced, distributed, and supportive environment
- A proactive problem solver who uses critical thinking at each step
