Billing Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic Billing Intern to join our team in Cluj. This paid internship is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn about billing and financial operations. Over the course of 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with our US-based team, and have the potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
• Review and validate billing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in contract review processes.
• Support the billing team with day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Great communication abilities and team player attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Schedule Details:

This role require close collaboration with out US-based team, late shifts may be required for 3 days each month, from 1PM to 10PM (Romania time).
