Broadridge is hiring an Agile Transformation Lead to join our technology team. In this role you will oversee the successful execution of technology projects and lead agile transformation on the teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, coupled with Agile methodologies and the ability to guide multiple teams through the agile journey and embedding best practices every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in the adoption and usage of Agile methodologies.
  • Lead successful planning, execution of large delivery projects, working in close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring timely estimations, scheduling and delivery of projects.
  • Adhere to SLAs within SDLC while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  • Lead innovation, tooling improvements and shape a new operating model to ensure successful advancement of agile adoption.
  • Ensure alignment with Business, Product and Engineering priorities.
  • Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and addressing concerns.
  • Ability to be a change agent and influence teams across the technology organization.
  • Provide direction, support, and guidance to ensure the transformation's success, fostering collaboration, transparency, and adaptability throughout the organization.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Scrum Certification
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in a Project Management position.
  • Strong Jira knowledge required.
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, principles and practices and life cycle management tools.
  • Experience to thrive within complex systems, legacy environments, and fast-moving transformations.
  • Excellent visionary with ability to be a change agent, cultural ambassador and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
