As our Accounting and Finance Process Transformation Specialist, you will lead the strategy, execution, and governance of end-to-end finance and accounting process transformation initiatives. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, global controllership, and cross-functional teams to modernize systems, implement automation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement-directly supporting Broadridge's mission of delivering industry-leading innovation.

Lead the roadmap and execution of process optimization initiatives across finance and accounting (e.g., AP, AR, reporting, tax, general ledger), aligning with Broadridge's strategic goals.
  • Champion Technology and Automation:
    Drive the adoption of new financial technologies (ERP, RPA, AI) by working closely with IT and digital teams to modernize workflows and ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Project & Change Management:
    Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, creating detailed project plans and documentation, and overseeing training to enable smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Establish and monitor metrics/KPIs to gauge impact, identifying further opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.
  • Change Leadership:
    Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring buy-in and minimal disruption during transformation phases.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the main point of contact to communicate progress, challenges, and successes to executive leadership and key stakeholders across business units.
  • Culture Building:
    Foster a culture of innovation, improvement, and problem-solving within the finance department.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required. MBA and/or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years focused on process improvement, transformation, or project management.
    • Demonstrated success leading finance process re-engineering and technology adoption, especially with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Technical & Professional Skills:
    • Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial systems.
    • Proven experience with business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA), workflow design, and performance metrics.
    • Strong analytical, project management, strategy, and change leadership abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executive and cross-functional audiences.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
