Position Summary:

Our US REBLOZYL Marketing team is growing, and we are seeking an Associate Director who will be responsible for leading key marketing activities and strategy for REBLOZYL focused on delivering on business objectives for REBLOZYLs MEDALIST MDS indication. As part of this team, you will be a key contributor to the development and execution of brand strategy, leading matrix collaboration and managing agency partners to successfully execute brand plans focused on implementing key personal and non-personal promotional strategy focused on HCP stakeholders.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work with a high degree of autonomy, in a dynamic environment utilizing creative problem-solving skills. This role will report to the Senior Director of US REBLOZYL HCP Marketing. US Marketing experience and experience in Hematology/Oncology is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own key projects that support REBLOZYLs core growth drivers
  • Lead and foster collaboration with cross-functional partners (Medical, Sales, Training, VAP, BI&A, etc.) to develop strategy and mobilize action plans
  • Prioritize tactical activities based upon customer insights and brand strategy
  • Partner with market research and analytics colleagues to identify, analyze, and report key performance indicators
  • Support preparation for business/ performance updates and special projects to executive leadership
  • Lead internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects
  • Manage annual promotional budgets and ensure proper execution
  • Identify and pursue mastery of critical core marketing processes, practices, and expertise required to drive business performance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, and/or sales and market access
  • Track record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions
  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage agencies/vendors to budget
  • Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally
  • Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred.
