Your Purpose

As an HR Generalist you play a critical role on the People & Culture team. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our key people processes while supporting our Business Partners across their daily needs. That includes administering the annual review process, quarterly engagement survey, and annual compensation processes among other key people projects, and supporting administrative needs for the team as needed. In this role you will also support Brightline's HR Business Partners by providing data for their respective client groups and keep the team on track with our various concurrent projects.

Your Role

Talent Management Administration: Collaborate in the implementation and administration of core HR programs and play a key role in the evolution of such programs. This includes the onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and annual compensation processes among others.

Data Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyze people data to gauge process/program performance for trends and developments. Generate reports to support people program administration and assist in creating and maintaining specialized reporting for management and other teams as needed.

HR Project Administration: Support the timely completion of projects by proactively communicating with the People & Culture leadership team regarding the progression of projects, task tracking, quality management, and change management, ultimately enabling fluid and streamlined team activity against critical deadlines. Perform testing and documentation of new people processes.

Business Partner Support: Support our People Business Partners by jumping in to support with employee relations/investigations, coaching leaders, and educating managers on our people processes as needed.

HR Administration: Provide high volume administrative support within the People & Culture team. Serve as the first point of contact for several functions by managing email boxes and voicemails, responding to basic inquiries, and/or forwarding inquiries to the appropriate party. Properly distribute and maintain updates to organizational charts and HR quick references materials.

You

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with working knowledge of all functional areas within the employee life cycle.

• Resourceful mindset with strong attention to detail and processes.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment.

• Knowledge and experience in multiple People Operations program areas

• Strong judgment

• Ability to independently take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures.

• Strong command of excel.

  • Ability to comprehend employment law, compliance, internal audit, human resources, and training/development policies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret Company policy and the Business Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
