Your Purpose:
As an essential member of the Brightline Operations team, you will prepare daily production sheets and match production schedules with passenger manifests, as well as ensure the proper rotation of perishables inventory and minimization of food waste. Your professionalism and attention to detail will significantly and directly affect our guests' onboard experience.

Your Role:

  • Fulfillment Operations: Receive, document, and store deliveries ensuring proper food handling, rotation, and labeling.
  • Food Prep: You are responsible for ensuring our guests' food and beverage needs are taken care of. That includes ensuring all food/beverage meets Company and safety standards. You will also serve alcoholic beverages adhering to Company established standards, including visually checking and verifying proper identification.
  • Ownership: Taking pride in your zone, you ensure that all guest, and non-guest, facing areas are cared for and reflect Brightline standards.
  • Operations: You support onboard leadership in maintaining the consistent operations for a seamless guest experience from the moment they arrive at our station to the moment they board our train; you keep an eye on how we should evolve existing SOP's to better meet our guests needs.

Qualifications:

  • Are comfortable with standing, walking, bending, pushing heavy carts; being physically active for entire shifts, and the ability to lift objects with weights in excess of 30 pounds in a safe manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • 1 - 3 years of equivalent experience in a Supervisor role.
  • 1-2 years of experience with the principles and practices for providing food service and production, as well as HACCP principles.
  • You can work weekends and nights and possibly more than 40 hours a week. Brightline will operate on a continuous, set schedule. On-call availability is a necessity.
  • You are a minimum of 18 years old.
