Your Role
- Food Handling: You are responsible for ensuring our guests' food and beverage needs are taken care of. That includes ensuring all food/beverage meet Company and safety standards. You will also serve alcoholic beverages adhering to Company established standards, including visually checking and verifying proper identification.
- Customer Service: Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
- Guest Empathy: You play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, anticipating and helping them navigate the various needs they may have before boarding or after arriving.

You
- Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching and being on your feet for hours on end, is something you embrace and are able to do.
- When a problem arises, you find yourself being able to come up with a timely solution.
- While you don't have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills.
- You are a minimum of 18 years old.
- You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
