Responsibilities

Time and Attendance Senior Analyst

 

 

Position Summary:

 

This role will serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert on Bridgestone’s Latin America Time Keeping system, Ultimate Kronos Group’s Dimensions product. The role will be responsible for teammate and manager inquiry resolutions, reporting, solution design, configuration, and testing. This position is hands-on and requires strong critical thinking and data analysis skills. The successful candidate will take an active role in developing the new support team, this will be the first position hired and therefore will help develop scalable support processes while providing end user support to the initial business units utilizing the new solution as the solution continues to be deployed across our Bridgestone LA operations and the support needs grow.  This position will foster a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable and repeatable business processes to support the business.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop UKG Dimensions production support skillsets including user support, system support, system configuration, reporting, and identifying control opportunities and implementing approved changes.
  • Track, analyze and resolve production support inquiries.
  • Resolve data related issues and apply appropriate data updates to ensure accurate time and absence information is sent to payroll for accurate payments to employees.
  • Resolve process or technical issues affecting data integrity.
  • Leads the development and publication of routine and ad-hoc audit reports and analytics regarding Time & Attendance.
  • Partners with Payroll to streamline auditing to ensure teammates are paid properly and on time.
  • Work with the software vendor’s support organization to resolve issues that require vendor assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Pay and Time to plan for new releases or release updates.
  • Collaborate with IT resources across Bridgestone facilities to ensure time clocks are operating and collecting data as expected.
  • Collaborate with interfacing application support teams to support inbound and outbound data files
  • Lead and participate in new release testing.
  • Ensure Business Services governance model is being followed, bring new requests that deviate from the established change control guiding principles to the regional change control board.
  • Manage the intake and delivery of new requirements; facility the delivery of new requests utilizing a agile delivery methodology via Azure DevOps
  • Assist in developing user procedures, reference guides, and documentation to support end users in application access, application usage, processes, features, and functionality.
  • Participate in Agile planning sessions and manage the intake and delivery of new requirements; facilitate the delivery of stories and features utilizing a agile delivery methodology via Azure DevOps

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Required: 3 years of experience in an HRIS related role prefer specific experience supporting or implementing UKG Dimensions
  • Experience supporting HR functions and specifically the payroll or time and attendance functions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships
  • Requires strong analytical skills and the ability interpret business requirements to technical solutions and business process mapping
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
