Responsibilities

• COORDENAR A EQUIPE DE ENGENHARIA INDUSTRIAL UTILIZANDO FERRAMENTAS DE GESTÃO COM O OBJETIVO DE OTIMIZAR OS PROCESSOS DO DEPARTAMENTO;
• ESTUDAR E PROPOR A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROJETOS DE MELHORIA DE PRODUTIVIDADE, QUALIDADE E SEGURANÇA, ATRAVÉS DA PARTICIPAÇÃO EM GRUPOS DE MELHORIA CONTÍNUA, VISANDO MELHORAR OS PROCESSOS PRODUTIVOS;
• ASSESSORAR A CHEFIA E A GERÊNCIA DA ENGENHARIA INDUSTRIAL E DA PRODUÇÃO, FORNECENDO DADOS DE PRODUÇÃO E EFICIENCIA DAS MÁQUINAS E EQUIPAMENTOS COM O OBJETIVO DAR SUPORTE À TOMADA DE DECISÃO;
• PLANEJAR E ELABORAR O ORÇAMENTO DA ÁREA DE MANUFATURA, DETERMINANDO VOLUME DE PRODUÇÃO, MÃO DE OBRA NECESSÁRIA, METAS DE PRODUTIVIDADE E CONSOLIDANDO DADOS OPERACIONAIS PARA GARANTIR PREVISIBILIDADE FINANCEIRA E ALINHAMENTO COM OS OBJETIVOS ESTRATÉGICOS DA PRODUÇÃO;
• APERFEIÇOAR MÉTODOS DE FABRICAÇÃO E PROCESSOS PRODUTIVOS ATRAVÉS DE ESTUDOS TÉCNICOS E PROPONDO MELHORIAS EM MÉTODOS, PROCESSOS E PRODUTOS PARA PROMOVER INOVAÇÃO, EQUILÍBRIO OPERACIONAL E AUMENTO DA COMPETITIVIDADE.

Qualifications

• ESCOLARIDADE: Engenharia de Produção / Mecânica / Controle e Automação (Mecatrônica)
• EXPERIENCIA INDISPENSÁVEL: 02 anos na área
• CERITIFICAÇÕES: Pós-graduação/Black Belt Six Sigma
• IDIOMAS:  Inglês: 3 – Avançado/Português: 3 – Avançado
• CONHECIMENTO TÉCNICO ESPECÍFICO: SAP, MACROS, EXCEL
