This role serves as a vital bridge between Brex UK and the global Brex organization (Brex Inc.), ensuring the seamless integration of Brex UK's unique requirements with the broader company vision. By adapting global strategies to align with the UK's regulatory landscape and customer needs, this position upholds the high standards of innovation and customer satisfaction for which Brex is renowned

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the outsourcing framework between Brex UK and the global Brex organization, ensuring performance through the shared development and tracking of KPIs with partner teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless international launches, translating the unique (regulatory) requirements of Brex UK for the wider Brex organization and program-managing their implementation
- Develop and own the processes and structures of Brex UK operational activities both on the customer side and back office
- Ensure consistent and high-quality operational delivery of services by our external partners and vendors
- Act as the local point of contact for first-line activities and drive improvement and resolution of errors
- Ensure that first-line activities comply with UK policy and regulatory requirements and liaise with the Head of Compliance and Risk/MLRO when required
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, managing operations within a financial services company or technology startup
- Experience within the UK and/or European payment services industry is a strong preference
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Willingness to take responsibility for a broad range of activities as we grow the company
- Strong focus on operational excellence and managing efficient performance
- Builder of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving performance through others
- Strong ability to provide concise management information on the performance of the business
