Your Role at Bread
- Creating project plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
- Identification of workstreams and key workstream leads
- Identifying and managing potential risks
- Identify and track issue and issue resolution
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
- Coordination and communications across technical project teams, management, and other stakeholders
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Manage documentation
- Work multiple projects simultaneously

What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of direct technical project management experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in agile teams
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
