WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Team Overview:
The Marketing Operations team at Braze builds and manages the infrastructure behind our global marketing efforts, enabling scalable, data-driven programs that fuel pipeline and business growth. This role supports the team by executing campaigns and managing day-to-day marketing operations, including Marketo program builds, data maintenance, and tool governance. You will play a key role in sustaining and growing our AMER, LATAM, and Global initiatives through precise and efficient campaign execution.
- Responsibilities:
- Foster strong partnerships with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution, while delivering strategic, actionable recommendations to optimize performance and drive greater impact.
- Manage the AMER + Global Marketing audience segmentations, working with marketing stakeholders to create segmented cohorts for strategic sending across pipeline, regions, industries, and personas.
- Implement targeted emails and A/B tests, while tracking and sharing performance data and adapting strategies to enhance performance across prospect touchpoints.
- Identify and continue improving upon campaign templates used by our global marketing team.
- Leverage SFDC reporting and marketing attribution models to achieve goals and provide valuable insights.
- Oversee database management, including lead list imports, segmentation maintenance, field updates, deliverability, and compliance.
- Actively identify and eliminate barriers that hinder the effective use of data by our Marketing teams.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, proactivity, and a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of marketing experience with a software company.
- 1-3 years of experience with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, or a similar tool
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of SFDC Reports and the campaign object.
- Experience with event tech software like Goldcast, Splash, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing software, like 6sense, or similar platforms.
- Experience with a Content Management System software, like Sanity, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, including leadership.
- Familiarity with email and cookie opt-in policies and database management across the Americas and globally.
- Effective communication with colleagues and managers across different time zones, with this role reporting to a U.S.-based manager.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven professional, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple demanding tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Passion for contributing to a collaborative, energetic, fun, and intellectually stimulating work environment.
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, 6sense, Qualified, Mutiny, or Sendoso.
