Bounteous is looking for a Salesforce CRM Architect to lead multiple workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the vision while completing key work. The Architect is a hands-on advisor, using excellent interpersonal and team skills alongside their industry experience, Salesforce products and technical systems subject matter expertise, and knowledge of their digital customer experience practices to deliver customer return on investment.

This position sits within our Salesforce Practice team, but will regularly interface with a large, cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, commerce specialists and marketing strategists to help bring digital customer experiences to life. As such, the ideal candidate will be dynamic and flexible with a strong affinity toward data and process.
This position necessitates knowledge of varying industry trends, Salesforce products and associated best practices and technologies, so the ideal candidate should possess a desire to continually learn, improve and apply subject matter expertise to individual client needs.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support business development opportunities by developing and estimating solutions, providing expert consultation, presenting the solutions to the prospective clients.
- Drive technical solutions by leading technical design sessions, performing gap analysis between the current and future end-states, and creating architectural diagrams and other technical delivery documents.
- Work closely with product owners to define business requirements and use those requirements to build a Salesforce platform solution that fits within the client's digital landscape.
- Provide successful delivery of a project by working with the client and internal stakeholders to define deliverables and set and manage expectations.
- Ensure the quality of the technical solution by defining coding standards and leading code reviews.
- Serve as day-to-day technical platform SME to client stakeholder and internal development teams, including partnership with Bounteous sales teams to support business development efforts.
- Help grow the Salesforce team through participation in the recruitment and marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
- Work closely with project management team to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous platform-related projects and change controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce Cloud systems as a Platform Architect, with demonstrated experience leading 3+ platform implementation projects.
- Consulting experience preferred, with 5+ years' experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies.
- 10+ years' experience in a CRM or Software Development role working with data-driven applications.
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds
- Exposure to other Salesforce Industry Cloud (Consumer Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Heath Cloud, etc.) capabilities is a plus.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level solutions that are performant and scalable.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate enterprise systems.
- Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface (e.g., Flows, Lightning Data, etc.)
- Awareness of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWCs and VisualForce
- Understanding of the Salesforce data loader for data migration activities in Salesforce, and/or Dataloader.io and how to build solutions for large data volumes.
- Experience integrating using authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Knowledge of integration and headless/composable architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit etc.) with Salesforce
- Experience managing and upskilling teams and supporting individual team member growth.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) - Articulates clearly, concisely and with context at all times.
- High confidence and assertiveness skills - Has a cordial work relationship with peers and manager, speaks his/her mind even during challenging situations, proactively seeks help /assistance when in need.
- Takes feedback positively and works on it seriously, is not afraid of making mistakes as part of learning, Open to working across projects & technologies.
- Good analytical & logical skills - Understands requirements quickly and accurately, proactively thinks through the solution and seeks clarification before coding.
- Explores the root causes of problems before taking action, quickly learns the latest developments in technology and is able to apply it to the projects.
- Good Interpersonal Skills - Builds good working relationship with teams and stakeholders.
