Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; translate into high quality software components with minimal iterations
- Technically guide teams and mentor junior developers
- Ensure 100% quality, on-time deliverables
- Demonstrate strong full-stack knowledge; proactively identify solutions
- Regularly communicate project status and progress to clients
- Think strategically, both from the end customer and business point of view
- Learn/work within additional cloud tech stacks as opportunities arise

Preferred Qualifications
- Spring Boot, Core Java
- Skilled at functional code review
- Any JS framework (preferably reactJS or nodeJS)
- RDBMS familiarity (preferably postgres/MySQL)
- Exposure to AWS, Github, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Solid communication skills
