Our industry-recognized Adobe engineering team is looking for an AEM Architect who has a drive to be part of the best! Engineering is a huge component to the solutions we provide to our clients. The AEM Architect will be responsible for taking projects through the entire lifecycle, communicating with clients, and leading teams to deliver successful Adobe projects.

Role and Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
- Lead and participate in client meetings, professionally and expertly
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Provide constructive feedback in code reviews
- Create Architecture and Technical specifications documents
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- Mentor senior engineers and share technical knowledge with the entire engineering practice
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/MS degree, bootcamp graduate, or equivalent self-education
- 7+ years of professional hands-on AEM development experience
- 3+ years of experience in AEM technical and team leadership in a professional environment
- Architected and launched sites using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
- Proficiency with AEM, Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server
- Experience integrating with 3rd party systems (e.g. Salesforce, Mulesoft, Commerce, etc.)
- Solid understanding of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with Agile development (preferably Scrum) and Unit Testing
