Working Student-Office Administration and Office Assistance

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Working Student-Office Administration and Office Assistance, you'll support the Reception team, our Executive Assistant team, or the Copy Center at our Frankfurt office.
At the reception desk, you'll help us support clients and visitors and answer phone calls professionally and forward them if necessary. In addition, you will run errands, handle the mail and courier services, and take care of booking and preparing the conference rooms. Functioning as an indispensable hub, you will additionally help to ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly while putting your best foot forward to represent both our office and BCG. In the Executive Assistant team, you'll help with various administrative tasks in the area of travel and expenses and will be in close contact with internal and external contacts, thereby helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. You'll support colleagues in planning training and onboarding sessions. You will also support the Office Operations team with various organizational projects. In the Copy Center, you will handle printing and copy requests, duplicate and bind presentations, and ensure that our offices are stocked with the supplies they need, in a reliable and service-oriented manner.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You stand out for your excellent communication and teaming skills and for your competent and professional conduct toward clients and coworkers.
You will be an important point of contact for all BCG staff, remaining consistently courteous and polite, as well as punctual and conscientious.
You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service mentality.
You have an independent, foresighted working style and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In terms of your working hours, you are flexible from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You are a bachelor's or master's student (with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG and no mandatory internships planned in the near future).
You're able to keep up with our fast-moving business, are service-oriented and responsive. In addition, you consider yourself an improvisation talent.
You communicate competently and professionally in German and English and work proficiently with MS Office programs.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of a closely networked team of full-time coworkers and students, reporting to an Office Manager. You will also work together with the Assistant team and the administrative functions and departments at BCG. The members of the team support each other, especially when things get hectic. Your coworkers are all highly cooperative, because a good team atmosphere is extremely important to us.
