WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. Teaming@BCG promotes BCG's mission: driving value for our clients and growing our people. As our Teaming@BCG Senior Manager, you'll lead initiatives that accelerate the Teaming@BCG roll-out and collaboration across OneBCG (All Systems, BCG X, multidisciplinary teams and other BCG functions such as POP, recruiting, marketing).

You will drive strategic initiatives to deliver and advance the Teaming@BCG agenda globally. Key contributions will be:

Concept development: Leading the design & conceptualization of initiatives to ensure BCG leadership is supported to adopt Teaming@BCG best practices and tools
Change management and execution: Driving the roll-out of our initiatives through behavioral change campaigns at scale by working with and influencing stakeholders across regions and cohorts
Relationship building: Owning relationships with BCG senior people leaders (at global, regional and system level), setting up the Teaming@BCG infrastructure and agenda
Cross-functional collaboration: Shaping collaboration with with other BCG functions (L&D, DEI, Client Team,...) and regional Teaming@BCG managers to ensure Team coaches, teams and leaders are trained and enabled to maximise teaming effectiveness
Impact measurement: Setting up and tracking key performance indicators across systems, incl. conducting analyses to monitor performance and unlock insights on progress across systems

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Problem-Solving: Show strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a readiness to tackle complex challenges also within ambiguous and non-structured settings.
Project Management: Act as independent contributor with ownership over broad areas of responsibility
Organization and Time Management: Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
Communication Skills: Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills with very senior internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
Attention to Detail: Prioritize meticulous attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring tasks are executed with precision.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Professional Experience: Proven operational experience (~8 years), ideally within a professional services firm, with exposure to consulting as a bonus
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Cultural Fluency: Excel in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams.
Confidentiality: Uphold the highest ethical standards, respecting the confidentiality of all BCG and employee information.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
