Responsible for establishing and maintaining the core design system including fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create flawless presentations with compelling storylines and impactful visuals, that generate impact for BCG and our clients.

Developing custom PPT concepts and templates.

Responsible for overall creative quality, reviewing and approving all work before sharing with clients.

Art directing, mentoring, and inspiring others on the team to deliver high quality output.

Pitch creative concepts, mockups, and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clients.

Additional work may include design and formatting in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, newsletter design and layout, and more.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor's Degree in Design/Graphic Design or related field.

Minimum 5+ years professional presentation design experience in PowerPoint (PPT certification not required, but helpful)
Demonstrated experience as a Presentation Designer within the consulting industry

A strong professional portfolio, with demonstrated mastery of design fundamentals and complex presentation design. Examples of previous consulting case work preferred, sanitized is fine.

Both Mac and PC proficiency is desirable

Strong knowledge of MS Office, Presentation Design (interactive PowerPoint), as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, etc.).

ThinkCell and Efficient Elements experience a plus

Free-hand illustration and/or digital drawing proficiency a plus

Strong knowledge of visual design, visual theory (i.e. composition, color theory, typography, etc.)

Excellent English; other languages requested in certain locations
