What You'll Do

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can lead and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for our clients in various industries. You will define the Salesforce strategy, architecture, integration, development, and security of multiple Salesforce applications across sales, service, and marketing clouds. You will also work with senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and collaborate with other vendors.

Lead the development of Salesforce strategies and architectures for clients in target industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Industrial Goods, Financial Services, etc.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions using sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, industry clouds (Field Service etc), and other Salesforce products.
Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using identity and access management, data architecture, and best practice integration patterns.
Build secure and scalable apps using sharing architecture, LWC, Apex, Flow builder, and other development tools.
Advise clients on build vs. buy decisions, single-org vs. multi-org strategies, and DevOps practices on the Salesforce platform.
Work with CXO-level stakeholders to understand their business needs, present solutions, and manage expectations.
Lead business development and sales activities to generate new opportunities and expand existing relationships with clients.
Manage project teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality assurance activities.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and CRM domains.
Develop trust-based relationships with clients as a trusted C-level advisor.
Lead the delivery of high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
Support the professional development of your team members through coaching and feedback.
Contribute to the intellectual capital of the firm by creating knowledge documents on a specific content platform.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 14 years of experience in IT Architecture, Technology transformation, Salesforce architecture and development
Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications
Experience in leading and delivering complex Salesforce solutions using sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud for at least 5-10 clients in target industries
Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external data platforms (Data lakes, etc.), ERP systems (Manufacturing industry), CBS systems (Financial industry), LMS systems (Financial industry), analytical systems (Tableau, etc.), messaging systems (Kafka, etc.), and public cloud platforms (one major public cloud)
Experience in working with Indian clients and organizations
Strong understanding of CRM market and competitors (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel as per requirement
