The Greentech & Engineered Products sector (GEP) is part of the Industrial Goods practice, BCG's largest practice area. We are growing, and we are changing the world for the better. Our clients design and create products such as machines, robots, aircraft, building technology, or industrial components. We enable our clients to make their products greener, more digital, and more customer-centric.
What we need
You. BCG is looking for Project Leaders who will partner with clients to take on their most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, create outstanding value, and build capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage. You will be a core member of BCG's Industrial Goods practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry. You will also significantly contribute to the development of our greentech revolution topics and support our ambitious growth targets. What You'll Do

Your main focus will be executing projects in greentech, digital, and engineered products and leading project teams composed of members with different backgrounds.

You'll play a key role in growing the abovementioned topics through cases, client development, and intellectual property and product creation.

You'll build on and share your greentech and engineered product expertise within BCG, serving as a hub for the firm to reach new solutions, and inputting new ideas, as well as drawing on your casework experience.

You'll contribute to BCG's practice area publications and to BCG's approach and tool kit, benchmarks, templates, and processes, including managing and developing third-party partnerships.

You'll carry out or provide expertise and support on projects with our key clients in Central Europe.

You'll work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on-site.

You'll support our business development efforts in client meetings and industry conferences.

As a Project Leader, you will lead a team of Associates and Consultants in their growth and development.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Industrial Goods sector and sound
knowledge in the field of greentech and engineered products, either in the consulting sector
or the industry.
You hold a leadership role, and you have a track record of successfully leading projects.
You have actively managed multiple client and stakeholder relationships, providing advice to
CEOs and managing the end-to-end product life cycle.
You are flexible and have the ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
frequently are necessary.
You achieved an outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
