YOU'RE GOOD AT

Handling end-to-end facilities, interiors and infrastructure of the office and liaising with all contractors for the same. Orchestrating across different departments for maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency.
Supervise & suggest enhancements for Office Maintenance & Cafeteria Management
Responsible for housekeeping and fire-fighting activities in the organization.

Communicates effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person with all levels of BCG staff, clients, and guests
Oversee Cafeteria & Pantry operations, lead employee engagement activities & Initiatives
Carry out PPM routines as per the schedule and review checklists and technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals
Ensure upkeep of Pantry equipment & reprographic equipment and take necessary action plan. Take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the facility
Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for a better management of engineering systems
Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Site lead / OEMs
Liaising with government and regulatory bodies like Local Government Agencies for obtaining necessary sanctions / approvals and ensuring smooth working condition in premises.
Liaising with building management, contractors, and interiors for the same.
Interacting with different department for executing the maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency
Preparing and supervising maintenance of statutory records
Responsible for office maintenance (replacements, repairs, etc.)
Track vendor payments ensuring timely billing for all service partners
Generate MIS for operations
Issuance of Access Cards & maintenance of access control systems
Collaborates in various administrative tasks as required.
Store Management- maintenance / issuance of items, stock take etc.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Any graduation degree with 10+ years' experience in a similar role within a high performing professional services environment
Individual is expected to work with diverse group of individuals and able to multitask and respond in a fast- moving environment
Excellent oral and written communication, should be able to present to a senior group of leaders
Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
Role model with strong values & experience of change management
Excellent organisational skills with strong mentoring and coaching skills
Flexible approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Positive outlook and professional approach
Can develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Builds strong networks and collaborative relationships

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
