WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG's HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility. The LAB (London, Amsterdam, Brussels) HR Analytics team is responsible for collecting and analyzing our people data and using this Information to provide valuable insights to solve complex problems and enable decision making across the employee lifecycle.

Work as a valued business partner to our People and CT (Consultant) teams across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels, helping teams to source, analyze and understand their people data

Support the team to deliver people engagement topics (e.g. annual People Survey)
Drive ad-hoc data projects across the business as needed, helping advance the value of our people data, streamline processes and support project delivery
Provide analytical/process support to HR teams on Flexible working and Pathways programmes to ensure successful delivery and communication
Support project management and delivery of the annual CT bonus process alongside our Career Development team
Be at the forefront of BCG GenAI tools and champion their use within the team and broader business services teams
Responsible for content of quarterly Practice Area Node reviews
Provide guidance/support to more junior members of the team as required
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
5+ years minimum industry experience preferred
Prior people and/or process management experience essential
Experience in a similar HR data analytics / HR MI reporting role preferred
Advanced competency in Excel is essential
Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI)
An understanding of HR functions within a large/complex organization
Excellent attention to detail
Able to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and implement within a team
Ability to provide insights into data and reports and bring the information to life
Be able to balance multiple processes and work independently
Able to take ownership of projects and drive them forward
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders while working in a collaborative team environment
Fluency in English
