WHAT YOU'LL DO
You solve problems before anyone even knows they exist! As a dynamic, motivated Executive Assistant, you'll support our MDPs and Directors largely independently.
You'll organize and take charge of Partners' appointments, while effectively and proactively prioritizing on their behalf in relevant situations. You'll identify the right priorities and coordinate the relevant processes to ensure that our consultants have exactly what they need to optimally fulfill our clients' needs. You'll make decisions and provide advice based on your familiarity with our clients and what our Partners want. You'll book (and cancel) business trips, schedule (and reschedule) meetings, keep an eye on timing and costs, support daily work, and effortlessly keep up with our consultants' fast pace.

While our consultants spend most of their time with our clients, your home base will be the Frankfurt office, where you'll be surrounded by numerous teams comprised of truly smart, team-oriented people. Our Executive Assistants actively participate in office life and are flexible and willing to help fellow team members and collaborate across functions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You're able to provide high-level professional support to our Partners and other senior executives in a fast-paced and changing client service environment. You don't sweat the small stuff, pay strong attention to detail, and work highly accurately even when under pressure.
You can coordinate any travel requests that come up from beginning to end. You're proactive, foresighted, and a pro at keeping an eye on things.
You make decisions based on your own judgment and the respective situation. You are highly professional and diplomatic. You know when to ask for help or advice, and you are perceptive and pragmatic.
You're good at building networks with the most important interest groups and approach people with professionalism and natural ease.
You're able to act as a sounding board and person of trust for Partners and other BCG employees, ensuring that everyone knows what they need to, helping them to make the right decisions regarding their available time, and involving all relevant parties as necessary.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have relevant experience supporting executives or in customer service. You respond quickly and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are highly structured and have the necessary aplomb to complete multiple tasks in parallel; outstanding time management is one of your strengths.
With your organizational skills, you assist with all behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, living our high-level service orientation, and positively impacting our client work.
You have strong intellectual curiosity and think creatively without losing sight of the big picture.
You are proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint.
Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work in a closely networked team of assistants reporting to an Office Manager. You'll primarily support two Partners, but also work with the rest of their teams. You and the members of your team will support each other, especially when things get hectic or the office is understaffed. Your coworkers are all highly cooperative, because a good team atmosphere is extremely important to us.
