WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join HR Team in BCG Milan Office, playing a crucial role in coordinating Employer Branding & Social Media activities related to the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geographical system, while being imbedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across this area.
You'll work continuously to ensure BCG's brand power makes our recruiting efforts a success. You will support your colleagues in creating innovative marketing concepts for our various target groups and will be jointly responsible for planning and implementing various target group-specific recruiting events and personnel marketing activities.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Providing conceptual and operational support to local recruiting teams in marketing campaign implementation (including local adjustments) and in intelligently leveraging available communication options across all relevant media (Web/online and social media, print and event marketing, video);

Ensuring alignment with the global communication strategy in terms of content, scope, and BCG's corporate identity standards;
Participating in strategic projects/initiatives, adjusting global recommendations to local specifics needs, and representing local needs in global initiatives;
Ensuring external brand performance and implementing improvement measures when necessary;
Analyzing globally recommended metrics/systems for budgeting and monitoring, measure/monitor compliance, quality, and effectiveness/efficiency of local recruiting marketing efforts;
Coordinating recruiting events by liaising with internal stakeholders and make all necessary arrangements, including relevant materials, logistics etc.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role (e.g., at an advertising agency or in Employer Branding team of a multinational company, ideally a professional services firm);
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
Solid knowledge of Social Media platforms;
Relevant PM skills and ability to get things done;
Strong ability to write and build corporate narrative bringing core messages across different channels;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines, whilst completing work to a high standard;
Ability to interact and influence with intercultural teams at senior and junior levels in a non-hierarchical manner;
Sound analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities.
