WHAT YOU'LL DO

If so, apply to become our Employer Branding Senior Manager and part of BCG. Together with our team of communication experts, you'll work every day to make BCG's brand power a success factor in our recruiting. At the interface between marketing and HR, you'll engage in a dynamic, international environment, putting your outstanding instincts to work for an exceptional brand.

As an Employer Branding Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall presence of the employer brand "BCG" in Central Europe (CE). Your tasks will include developing concepts and designs and advancing creative and strategic evolution across the range of our recruiting communication in all analog and digital communication channels-including strategic partnerships. Leveraging your creative talent, you will craft innovative concepts for the recruiting market that go beyond traditional print, online, and PR approaches. You will take charge of all digital channels, social media activities, and content development, ensuring cohesive and impactful communication. Additionally, you will hold overarching responsibility for strategic media planning and media buying across all paid-media platforms. A key part of your role will be continuously evaluating and monitoring the performance of all communication activities, steering relevant measures and channels to optimize outcomes. Based on this, you'll derive appropriate action for their continuous improvement and effectively engage senior internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will manage the selection of partner agencies and oversee the planning and execution of collaborative efforts, always mindful of the employer branding budget. Lastly, you will provide functional and disciplinary leadership to your team, working in close collaboration with the regional and global employer branding teams.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You would describe yourself as a coordination, organizational, and improvisational talent.

You're passionate about employer branding and stand out from the crowd with your zeal for creative and intelligent communication.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have a least five years of relevant professional experience in the fields of brand management, digital and performance marketing, and social media.
You have an academic degree in economics, psychology, or media and communications.
You have sound management experience, ideally in the field of brand communication, from working at an advertising or communications agency or an international professional services firm.

You're proficient in the MS Office suite.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll lead a highly motivated team comprised of various employer branding specialists. The team's collaboration has always been characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. In addition, you will be in close contact with the team leads of the other HR departments, enabling you to draw on your colleagues' experience at any time. Through these various interfaces, you'll gain interesting insights into all areas of HR and marketing (recruiting, marketing and communications, career development, learning and development, etc.). You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Director Central Europe, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development, and you'll serve as a sparring partner for our leadership team.
