EMESA Platinion Finance (Senior) Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a seamlessly integrated part of the BCG network, BCG Platinion provides consulting services focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions. Founded in 2000, the entity has grown continuously and successfully, and plans to continue like this.
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Finance Analyst to expand our regional Finance team supporting BCG Platinion EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa).
The BCG Platinion EMESA Finance team provides leadership with analysis and reporting to make informed strategic decisions on running, growing, and improving the business. In addition, the team controls the BCG Platinion P&L and drives planning exercises. As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks across the organization.

You will be an integrated member of the BCG Platinion EMESA Finance team, offering a wide range of responsibilities and development perspectives. This position requires strong collaboration with the BCG Platinion EMESA leadership, the rest of the team, as well as other Finance staff across EMESA Region.

Main responsibilities:

Support the Managing Directors with their project financials across the EMESA Region
Provide reportings and analysis to Leadership
Update, improve and build Finance Dashboards (using analytics tools such as SAP Business Objects, Alteryx and Tableau)
Ensure proper control of the P&L (revenues, salaries, other costs...)
Participate in periodic planning exercise, in collaboration with Leadership and other functions
Participate in the Global Finance transformation (e.g. SAP ERP introduction)

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
Proactive, self-organized with a high level of initiative and a positive attitude
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and engage with others (incl. International Senior Leadership)

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

University degree in Finance, Economics or Business
Language: English, other European language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese...)
3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, controlling, data analysis...)
Experience with Business Objects, Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
Experience in international professional services environment is a plus
