ClientView Change Senior Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a Change Manager with the experience and passion to help support ClientView, BCG's lead-to-cash solution which brings together pipeline, contracting, invoicing and collections and reporting into one single platform.

The Change Manager will help design, develop and implement innovative, creative change management, engagement, training & awareness, and communications solutions.

The individual occupying this role will be dedicated to tasks in several key areas:

Develop and lead change management efforts in AP Region and its systems (ANZ, NEA, SEA, IND, GC)
Help drive the continuous adoption of ClientView and development of the solution
Create stakeholder maps and change management plans and interventions

Develop and execute learning and development interventions to address capability gaps and support new functionality roll-outs (e.g., in-person training, develop guides or training videos), like full Costing and Investments functionality by mid-2025
Draft key communications strategies, plans and execute these, this includes designing compelling digital and visual communication multi-media materials (e.g. during key releases or updates)
Partner closely with key functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, ClientTeam, Staffing, Practice Areas) to deliver effective change
Solicit and analyze feedback, and articulate areas to improve to support the continuous development of the solution
Monitor adoption and business usage metrics and identify areas requiring intervention; continue to evolve metrics definition as solution evolves
Play a key role in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the solutions meet the needs of end-users
Provide process support for key stakeholders
Actively work with workstreams and end users to help resolve problems to ensure a great user experience
Enable and coach senior leaders in BCG in adopting ClientView and integrating it into their workflows and habits

To be successful, you must demonstrate ability to work effectively with the solution experts, functional staff (Finance, Legal, Client Team etc), Consulting Staff and Senior Leaders. In addition, strong communications, project coordination and project management skills; experience in facilitation and communication among diverse stakeholders; strong written and verbal skills; and the ability to effectively team and communicate with internal and external resources at all levels of the organization are required. Creativity and an interest in digital solutions, as well as a general sense of curiosity and drive for excellence are all desired.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Education/Experience
5+ years of applicable experience or BCG consulting team experience, particularly related work experience in project management change management, communications, public relations, design, or related fields
Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution with high academic achievement
Advanced studies or academic focus in change or organizational psychology, program management, communications or related areas preferred
Knowledge/Skills (job function, technical, computer, language)

Management consulting or professional services experience is preferred, as is global experience
Experience and expertise in digital tools preferred
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Fluent in English (verbal and written); Additional languages a strong plus
High energy level and examples of creative execution strongly desired, along with an orientation towards achieving results
