Business Intelligence Analyst, focus: CRM (parental leave substitute)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst within our Central European (CE) Marketing and Communications department, you will collaborate with our center of excellence - home to experts on CRM, analytics, social media, and email marketing topics. Your role will be that of a CRM expert collaborating with the core team, senior stakeholders, and client teams. It involves collaboration with CCOs & client teams in the CE region with a primary focus on DACH.
You will spearhead initiatives aimed at monitoring data quality and enabling client teams to use the system effectively to boost data quality, and you'll support marketers using CRM functionalities effectively to aid targeting and help boost accuracy.
Finally, you will act as a change ambassador for CRM through trainings and collect pain points from direct and indirect users to shape a better experience.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You're able to explain complex processes in a simple way and conduct training sessions at ease.

You extract, analyze, and reshape data based on stakeholder needs through proven and advanced Excel skills.

You are open-minded, inquisitive, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities where data-driven insights can make a tangible impact.

You're experienced at independently managing projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders as needed.

You have ideally already worked in agile teams in the past, and you are a team player with strong communications skills.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in statistics, economics, computer science, or marketing/ communication (focused on data analysis).

You have already gained professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, demonstrating your expertise and industry knowledge.

You can work easily with advanced Excel models and are skilled in using CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics)

You are proficient in scripting or data manipulation languages if the need arises, e.g., Python or SQL.

You are well-versed in common business and office tools and have initial experience with AI tools. Additionally, you have worked with project management tools in the past.

Your language skills in English are exceptional and you bring very good German skills, ensuring effective communication in written and spoken forms in a bilingual work environment.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of our cross-functional Marketing and Communications team in Central Europe, working closely with your colleagues at our Munich, Düsseldorf, and Zurich offices. You will be based in a center of excellence with digital marketing experts, CRM specialists, and data analysts, while working with other marketing experts. You will work on projects in cross-functional teams, and your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally.
