BCG X Chapter Strategic Programs Senior Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Scope
Support Chapter leadership in strategic programs and objectives including development of content for key leadership forums in BCG and BCG X such as X OC, BCG OLTetc.
Manage cadence, agenda, content for all Chapter leadership meetings including offsite and other ad-hoc LT meetings
Lead special projects outside the scope of ordinary business operations to support business and strategic objective
Design and collaborate with functional teams to conduct robust quantitative analyses to inform key business decisions (e.g. offer analysis, go to market opportunity
analysis etc.)
Work alongside Chapter L&D BST to ensure learning curriculum is tightly coupled with strategic direction of Chapter

Prepare and deliver presentations and content that provide insights and influence key business decisions
Work with teams to define business-critical, outcome-centric KPIs/OKRs
Impact
Engages senior stakeholders across X functions and BCG independently to ensure alignment, transparency and access to the right information to provide reporting and analysis to LT
Independently leads cross functional teams to drive change and meet business priorities / KPI's, knows who to leverage and where the right information can be accessed
Must demonstrate significant maturity in dealing with stakeholders
Orchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done
Manage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slide writing, effective communication, general modeling and analytics, etc.)
Collaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different backgrounds. Communicate with senior leaders and be a connection point for the community

Cross functional impact supporting change and innovation agenda in the business
Navigate highly ambiguous networks of stakeholders across BCG and BCG X
Consistently problem solving for leadership
Excellent command of the English language
Strong work ethic, service-mentality, autonomous and self-starter
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, operate effectively in a matrix organization and a fast-paced environment, proactively manage expectations
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to influence senior members of BCG, credibility, strong interpersonal skills
Collaborative team player, ability to maintain discretion when needed

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Top tier consulting experience (minimum 3 years)
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Advanced analytics capabilities (Excel, Tableau etc)
People strategy and communications planning expertise
Experience in PMO and project management implementing change within a matrixed and complex organization preferably professional services industry
Proven advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Bachelors' degree required, Master degree preferable

Global People Chair, COO for BCG X, all BCG X People Leadership
BST SD/XD functional and regional leaders
CT and BST teams to inform analysis and other strategies as required
