Role Description:
The Visual Content Specialist is critical to driving business impact by ensuring the availability of high-quality imagery that directly influences customer engagement and on-platform behavior. By sourcing, curating, scaling, and quality-controlling visual assets, this role ensures stakeholder needs are met to drive their product impact forward. As such, this role ensures that content meets both business needs and customer expectations.

In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, we seek a specialist with a holistic and innovative perspective. Someone who can blend traditional visual content expertise with generative AI. This role requires both technical mastery of AI tools and a sharp creative eye for visual storytelling to help achieve core business objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the availability of visual media (including photos, video, and GenAi-generated assets) that align with brand guidelines and meet stakeholder needs across various parts of the business;
- Research, purchase, or scale relevant media using external sources and Gen AI tools;
- Critically assess freelance creators/vendors and their deliverables, as well as AI-generated outputs, for quality, relevance and ethical usage;
- Prepare and organize visual media for review and approval;
- Proactively offering project status updates;
- Curate, create/generate, edit, post-process, and manage compelling media;
- Leverage GenAI to scale visual content aligned with customer needs and business objectives;
- Conduct quality control of both traditional and AI enhanced content to deliver a modern and engaging end-to-end customer experience;
- Collaborate with internal teams on visual direction and contribute to evolving the visual style through experimentation and insights;
- Support the development and adoption of visual content guidelines and best practices, including the ethical and creative use of generative AI tools;
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing generative AI platforms for image and video creation (e.g: Veo3, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana);
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and guiding GenAI models to produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets;
- Experience in picture research;
- Enhanced image editing skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, complemented by expertise in AI-powered editing features and plugins (e.g. Adobe Firefly);
- Strong visual judgment, with well-developed composition skills and a refined aesthetic;
- Familiarity with UX principles and experience working with Figma;
- Experience in strategic prompt engineering and AI model training; able to guide GenAI models in producing high-quality, on-brand visual assets or scaled quality control;
- Ability to interpret briefings and translate creative direction into effective outcomes;
- Challenges feedback with objective viewpoints;
- Demonstrates operational awareness and a commercial mindset: understands how visual content drives business impact and customer engagement;
- Experienced with stock photography sources;
- Understanding of image licensing, copyright, and ethical considerations in both traditional and AI-generated media;
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, but may be substituted with work experience;
- Fluent in English
