Senior Manager Supply and Demand Performance

The Senior Manager Supply and Demand Performance is part of the Revenue Management department within ABU. The Senior Manager Supply and Demand Performance aims to identify short and mid term growth opportunities for ABU, through Supply and Demand performance monitoring and analysis and translates these growth opportunities in objectives and action plans. The role owns the Performance of the Core segment, the Partner Segmentation strategy and oversees Partner Performance and Partner Advice methodology.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and improve the Commercial cockpit for ABU, complementing the FP&A cockpit, aimed at high frequency monitoring and steering
- Analyse Commercial results for ABU to identify components of growth for all channels and segments, with in depth focus on Core segment
- Connect performance of Supply and Demand channels to understand interdependencies
- Define performance improvement opportunities and value potential
- Focus on identification of tactical growth opportunities with a timespan < 1 year
- Baton pass strategic growth opportunities to "Home and New Growth" team and baton pass opportunities for in depth analysis to Segments, Channels and Revenue Management teams based on area of expertise
- Oversee Partner Performance methodology and framework, aiming for consistency across channels, segments and products
- Oversee Partner advice, recommendation and value logic, in close cooperation with product, product marketing and revenue management teams
- Own Partner segmentation strategy
- Define partner segments, and the value proposition and service levels for these segments
- in close cooperation with Home and Chains segment teams and Channel teams (LPS Regions, DPE and Connectivity)
- In close cooperation with all departments that impact service levels towards Partners
- Baton pass for execution through Commercial Operations
- Own Partner Data sharing strategy

- Define Partner data requirements based on Performance impact and Partner Research
- Oversee the Partner data development and GTM roadmap
- Innovate with regards to channels and vendors
Role Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years people management experience
- A minimum of 8 years in a multinational company, preferably in a headquarters-type environment
- Experience in processing strategy into a target and monitoring framework for different go to market channels
- Ability to lead & influence across functions & business units, strong communication & stakeholder management
- Strong ability to critically review and analyze complex situations and data, to orchestrate generation of business insights, and following through with commercial actions based on it
- Experience working with advanced forecasting, machine learning, and data analytics a strong plus
- Knowledge of revenue management practices in the travel accommodation industry is a must
