Overview

Supports the business or vendor partners by contributing to the development of plans for a single assigned activity, one of: Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, Contract Management. Partners with S2P managers to execute effectively throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects. Responsible for all service areas of the assigned activity. The assigned activity is often complex in nature. Independently completes complex analyses and designs, builds, manipulates and presents spreadsheets, databases reports and presentations using the Microsoft office suite of tools. Applies advanced knowledge of wider S2P processes to complete work, as needed, and provides guidance to more junior team members to improve their proficiency. Prepares complex supply market analyses and develops large quantities of RFP and RFI templates, pricing assessments and total-cost modeling. Typically at this level, is responsible for larger, moderately complex assignments. Prepares all sections of summary presentations. Designs or revises reporting policies and procedures and reports which support effective planning, decision making and reporting. Reviews revisions completed by more junior team members for accuracy. Proactively implements system and process improvements that promote improved quality, timeliness and relevance of reports. Independently identifies and communicates opportunities for system and process improvements. Supports the delivery of large quantities of routine performance reporting and ad hoc reporting requests. Uses working relationships with the wider S2P team to deliver complex tasks related to their assigned activity in a consistent and repeatable manner, with a clear focus on improving the end-to-end S2P process. May also complete time-sensitive, ad hoc requests for tasks relating to their assigned activity. Is developing the ability to lead project work streams and proactively identify and analyze the need for process improvement projects.No direct reports. May provide guidance to more junior staff. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred,, knowledge of procurement practices preferred..
