We're seeking a future team member for the role of Learning and Performance Specialist to join our Learning and Leadership Development team. This role is located in Pune or Chennai, India.

I n this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage and implement learning and development programs that support the development, engagement, and retention of our employees and align with the organization's goals.
  • Partner with learning and development colleagues and management, as well as HR Business Partners, to assess the organization's learning needs and develop strategies to support employee development and engagement.
  • Apply a variety of communication techniques to engage and excite learners
  • Align promotion and communication of learning and development programming with corporate and internal learning and development branding and messaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and makerecommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including managers, employees, HR and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on learning and development industry trends and best practices and share that knowledge with colleagues.
  • Help transform the employee learning experience through the development, execution and promotion of learning and development tools, resources and programs and the implementation of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Partner with learning and development colleagues and management, Human Resources Business Partners, and other stakeholders to promote and communicate learning and development programs in a way that speaks to our stakeholders in a relevant and compelling manner.
  • Participate in or manage learning and development aligned projects from inception to completion.
  • Use learning data to evaluate the success of learning and development programs and the promotion of learning and development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent total work experience.
  • Expertise with communication methodologies, collateral and social media; search engine optimization a plus.
  • Strong English-language writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in communication and promoting learning products to targeted audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint.
  • Global experience is preferred but not required.
  • Financial industry knowledge and experience a plus.
