Day-to-day operational oversight of team

Excellent problem solving skills required as we are always challenged with access issues for different applications and platforms which are always unique, so individual need to analyze use logic to come at a solution to solve the access issue
Individual would need to interact with Onshore counterparts as well as end users daily by phone, Mteams to resolve the access issue and query as to what access is required by the end user. Individual would also be required for sharing and presenting business scorecard to Business heads
Working knowledge of agile methodology
Good analytical and experienced project management skillset, having proven projects on risk mitigation, operational efficiency etc
Act as a Business Analyst to ensure Project deliverables are met
Understanding of ITIL
Experience in leading and managing complex project lifecycles
Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management

Works with developers to ensure proper completion of all risk assessments within policy and procedures. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 10+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
