Overview
The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Specialist, Full-Stack Developer in Pittsburgh, PA, to provide application software development services or technical support. Coordinate the technical design, development, and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Designing and coding programs utilizing JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring JDBC, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, Maven, Ant, Eclipse IDE and Quartz Scheduling; Interfacing with architects to design, code, test, and implement application programs in Web Applications, Rest Services; Creating test transactions and running tests to identify errors and review; Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of application software and systems; Utilizing project, change and issue management software including Jira, Visio and HP QC; and Designing and developing caching solutions using Hazelcast.
