We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Operational Risk to join our Risk team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Participate as part of a project management team responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of projects, including but not limited to Operational Risk and regulatory remediation.
- Help to support the design and implementation of integrated regulatory reform solutions.
- Collaborate with other specialist functions to achieve project/program objectives and produce deliverables.
- Strengthen relationships built with internal teams, suppliers and clients and support the management of stakeholder expectations.
- Experience of Operational Risk Management and associated frameworks would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the various functions within financial services/asset servicing industry is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, works independently under pressure, innovatively problem solves and is able to effectively engage others to help drive solutions forward
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
