We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Cross Border Structured/Corporate team. This role is located in Pittsburgh and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Deliver high quality client service to an assigned portfolio of complex Corporate Trust clients (primarily insurance clients) and serves as the day-to-day contact for the assigned clients/accounts during the deal life cycle management of all transactions post closure.
  • Following the closure of the transaction, the Client Service Manager will ensure that the transaction complies with all the applicable provisions of the governing document and that the transaction has been set up correctly, checking all deal components in accordance with the new deal checklist and other internal controls.
  • Actively monitor accurate and timely execution of security trades, cash payments, money market investments and FXs on behalf of clients. Adhering to policy and procedure and resolving any settlement or reconciliation matters.
  • Coordination of services for assigned clients, escalation of client issues, monitoring and administration of client service issues including SLA's and the monitoring of daily activity and contractual obligations of the assigned portfolio.
  • Work in close communication and collaboration with the Relationship Managers, Business Development, Transaction Management Group, Global Client Onboarding and other business partners firmwide to ensure the delivery of service excellence to our clients.
  • Work with various operations partners to ensure the ongoing life cycle management requirements/activities are met and all client reporting is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Applies problem solving skills and critical thinking to analyze information. Uses professional communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area, Corporate Trust and/or client services preferred.
  • Security processing and settlements, Cash processing, Know Your Customer "KYC" background is preferred.
  • Document review and authentication experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent prioritizes/tasks.
