What we do

Global Client Management (GCM) positions BNY Mellon as provider and partner of choice for the largest, most complex, fastest growing, and most strategic global client relationships. The team identifies major opportunities and drives growth and service delivery around "top of mind" strategic issues. Key to this role is delivering the entirety of BNY Mellon's resources and capabilities across businesses and geographies, with a focus on growth and enhanced connectivity to the client C-suite and key influencers.

Job Description:

The Global Client Management team is looking for an ambitious, action-oriented Business Planning & Analysis Associate to help:
  • Support the overall management of onboarding teams and individuals to BNYM's Enterprise CRM
  • Assist in onboarding teams to platform by producing onboarding project plans and executing steps against the platform's onboarding playbook
  • Regularly report on onboarding statuses, and user adoption metrics
  • Participate in user advocacy actions including detailing business requirements, prioritization of requirements and communication to business leads on requirement/functionality status
  • Work with technology to provide information on desired functionality from user groups
  • Partner with Change Management and Training Leads to help moderate platform training sessions
  • Partner with Change Management Lead to communicate to platform userbase any information critical for success on the platform
  • Participate in deployment testing and activation sessions to help insure functionality meets stakeholder expectations
  • Actively contributes to on-going process improvement discussions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create onboarding project plans and lead onboarding kickoffs and status meetings with teams
  • Help drive user adoption across the platform userbase by providing support to newly onboarded teams
  • Drive platform functionality transparency by regularly communicating deployment milestones to userbase
  • Help troubleshoot platform issues and bugs by detailing incidents in Jira and working with technology partners to resolve
Skills:
  • Logical thinker with demonstrably strong analytical skills
  • Strong power point skills
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Understanding of CRM applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Capability to work in both Lifecyle and Agile environments
  • Capacity to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change priorities
  • Willingness and comfort with working in a high paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a desire to make their mark in the organization
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in lieu of some experience may be considered.
  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, bachelors degree preferred.
