We ' re seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Specialist, Information Security- Identity and Access Management Product Owner Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

Our Team:

Our Information Security Division (ISD) is on constant alert using creativity and knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, and business processes to develop and deliver solutions. We collaborate and deliver services to protect the business, our clients, and technology.

Within the Information Security Division, our Identity and Access Management (IAM) service provides security solutions for identity management, web access management, stronger authentication, privileged access management, and platform security for Windows and Linux/UNIX. These services ensure that the right users and machines have access to the right assets for the appropriate reason and time. IAM also protects our company from unauthorized access and fraud.

The IAM Product Owner Team is responsible for product strategy, prioritization, customer engagement, and managing development and integrations efforts in the IAM service space.

The Role:

As a Senior Specialist, Information Security - Product Owner you will consult with other IT areas and the businesses and provide professional support for major components of the company's information security infrastructure. You will contribute to the development and implementation of security architecture, standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.

As we expand and evolve our IAM services you will work with the team to recommend new security tools to management and report and provide guidance and expertise in the implementation of these systems.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Responsible for product strategy, prioritization, customer engagement, and managing development and integrations efforts in the IAM service space.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog along with other product owners in the space for various service components: Identity Management and Provisioning, Application Security, Authentication Engineering, Cryptographic Engineering, Directory Engineering, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Services and Integration.
  • Learn the market and internal customer needs.
  • Translate our product strategies into tasks for development and integration efforts.
  • Lead and provide direction on product and project management, development, and internal processes for multiple large products or one complex product.
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams to deliver products that address client needs.
  • Lead sessions on the design and product development of services including adoption and internal communication strategies for multiple large products.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project has necessary requirements, deliverables, and support model in place; pre-and post-rollout.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for some products.
  • Drive execution of product roadmap and contribute to the achievement of area objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • 8-10 years of related experience (product owner/agile team member, product manager, project/program management) required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of UI concepts and implementation
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile Development tools (JIRA, Confluence or similar)
  • Detail oriented with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies and contribute in a variety of ways to achieve our goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player
Preferred skills:
  • Experience managing technology shared services
  • Experience in the Identity and Access Management service space, including managing typical vendor products within the space
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Industry related certifications are a plus: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP)
