We're seeking a future team member for the role Senior Representative, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Middle Office team. This role is in either Lake Mary or Pittsburgh office in a Hybrid working environment.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Working collaboratively across Product, Program, Operations, and Technology in support of standard business practices.
- Maintaining a Book of Work for Trade Management that captures client projects, system defects and client implementations.
- Assisting with manager to define priorities within prior mentioned items.
- Weekend testing support for all trade applications code changes and client onboardings and smoke test validation.
- Assists with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
- May interact with those at a senior level in other groups to obtain feedback on issues or improvements.
- Offers a full spectrum of services: trade support, derivatives and collateral management, bank loan support, investment book of record (IBOR), investment performance, and data management.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with Senior Management and global stakeholders, internal and external.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-learner, attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamically changing environment.
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Trade life-cycle management - using systematic tools to capture executed trades (i.e Equity, Fixed Income, FX, and derivatives products) from the clients and communicate/confirm this activity to the 'street': custodians, brokers, and other interested parties
- Experience understanding client feedback and needs; drawing insight, finding innovative solutions, and articulating them to others to support execution is preferred
