We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Travel and Expense

to join our Travel and Expense team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Cardholder Administration and Operations
  • Assist the LOB in processing final expenses and payoffs for terminated and delinquent accounts.
  • Issue and cancel cards, and resolve issues related to spend limits, declines, delinquency monitoring, and fraud activity in accordance with BNY Mellon requirements.
  • Liaise with the card vendor regarding issues and improvements to the card systems.
  • Create and Maintain Communications for Websites. MySource / MySourceSocial information to assist employees in self-management of their card accounts.
  • Provide appropriate customer service to the employees.
  • Update and Manage training materials, policy and procedures, and communications must be maintained to establish consistency and best practices.
  • Manage the Corporate Card India email box and answer/direct any questions appropriately.
  • Monitor GCSD Expense Services email box and answer/direct any questions appropriately.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly operating reports.
  • Ensure employees keep cards current and in good standing.
  • Monthly reporting to the LOB when employee's cards have been suspended for non-payment.
  • Assist in the rollout of a new Global Corporate Card Program.
  • Administer, monitor, report on and provide guidance on corporate employee expense reports and the corporate credit card program.
  • Educate employees through developing an effective onboarding training curriculum, as well as regular training sessions to help improve compliance and effectiveness of the program and communicate program initiatives.
  • Work with manager to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all related travel and expense policies and procedures in conjunction with the credit card program.
  • Understand and apply applicable policies to answer questions concerning travel and expense.
  • Provide optimal customer service support for employee travel and corporate card concerns.
  • Assist employees with reconciling, opening, and terminating accounts as well as resolving fraud cases.
  • Process approved corporate card applications.
  • Handle day to day expense related queries.
  • Handling reconciliations for T & E transaction and follow up with the employees if the employees miss to create the expense claim.
  • Assist with projects and process development of activities surrounding travel, expense, and card initiatives.
Create and maintain reporting and program metrics to optimize travel spend, encourage policy compliance, create transparency for corporate travel contracts, estimate and increase travel safety. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor 's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7+ years of total work experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a global corporate card program
  • Travel and Expense program experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication credentials.
  • Conceptual thinking skills should be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic review and reporting.
  • Display an intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment.
