IAM Ops

Experience -3+ Relevant Exp.
  • The Identity and Access Management unit is responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning access requests in day-to-day bases and support which includes incident management, change management, customer engagement to, and knowledge of privilege access methodology with security rights, permissions and groups, experience with Platforms.
  • Requires proficient technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with good analytical, logical, and problem-solving expertise to assist end users having access issues. The candidate should be aware of different platforms and applications with up-to-date knowledge for provisioning.
  • Candidate should have an urge to learn and evolve in scope to accommodate access issues for different applications and platforms being distinctive in every scenario, the professional would require analytical and logical approach to solve access issue.
  • Supports the effectiveness of security-related operations.
  • Provides programming support and assists in project planning for an operational area in information security.
  • Produces first draft of reports, analyses, findings, etc.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Expert Level communication is required, as the candidate would interact with onshore counterparts, end users, business partners etc. on a day-to-day basis.
Proficiency around PowerShell scripts (writing and implementing)

Implementing Change Requests

Essential: Proficient in Active Directory, UNIX, RACF, ACF2, end-to-end Exchange Framework

Good to know SQL programming and maintenance.

Knowledge/Understanding on Splunk, Robotic Process Automation and UI Prism would be preferred.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts and weekend working,
  • Shift timing - 05.30 PM to 2.30 AM, 07.00 PM to 04.00 AM and 09.30 PM to 6.30 AM
  • Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Additional Certification Preferred:
  • ITIL - Intermediate Level, good if certified on either of the Service Lifecycle modules.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certified
  • Information Security Admin Experienced
