We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Specialist to join our Client Services team. This role could be in either Uniondale, NY or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

You are efficient, hard working, a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a progressive environment, creating a positive relationship with clients, finding the simplest solution to complex matters for clients, then you may be a perfect candidate to join our team of Sr. Client Specialists.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working within the Retail Services department, the Sr. Client Specialist will answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders.
  • Assist with processing financial transactions, provide account information, and respond to client inquiries daily of varying complexity.
  • Provide advanced technical assistance for shareholders' online accounts.
  • On a case-by-case basis, review shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalating matters through appropriate channels, when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
  • Responsible for tracking the progress of the matters that you escalate to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior members of the staff. This position does not have direct reports.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • High school or secondary school degree required.
  • BA/BS degree or a minimum of two-year customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with navigation/use of multiple computer applications simultaneously needed.
  • You will be required to obtain your SIE, Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses within 1 - 2 years of when you are hired.
