We're seeking a future team members for the role of Senior Specialist, Sourcing - Professional Services Category (Business Consulting, HR, Marketing, Facility/Real Estate)
This role is located in Wrocław, Poland - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Function as a member of Enterprise Sourcing Office
- Identify, assess and implement cost savings opportunities including issuance of RFPs and competitive events, supplier consolidation, commercial negotiations (volume discounts/ price reductions).
- Lead and negotiate contract negotiations with deep understanding of supplier commercials, and other complex contract issues including MSAs, SOW, Terminations and NDAs
- Review and analyse independently the contract asks and communicate requirements in response to contract asks
- Serve as the direct point of contact for negotiations with contracting parties.
- Conduct complex research to support contract negotiations and compile findings into an appropriate, intuitive format.
- Set up regular meetings with key partners to review and prioritize deal pipeline and identify engagement opportunities early.
- Understand and negotiate the needed commercial terms for different types of engagements with the vendors.
- Guide business stakeholders through the ESO processes.
- Cooperate efficiently with legal department on reviewing contracts.
- Cooperate closely with the strategic department for delivering value to the whole organization.
- Support the development of demand-side process improvements.

- Contribute to the achievement of business area objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Business or Supply Chain degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of total work in Category management experience is necessary,
- Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and practices for the specific categories preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects and spend categories preferred.
