We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, RegOversightMgmt (Grade H) to join our Global Asset Safety - CASS and GAS Risk and Control Team. This role is in Pune, Maharashtra. HYBRID - Flex working.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with senior Control professionals to maintain the CASS Mapping Framework, provide control testing, control and risk education, operational risk support, and regulatory support across the business.
- Works with the business to understand the controls currently in place to minimize risk.
- Assists in the documentation of evidence of successful and efficient performance of controls.
- Assists in analysing control and risk management processes and creating reports on issues and areas of improvement throughout the business.
- Assist and/or lead the development and continual improvement of Management Information reports to ensure data and metrics are relevant and add value.
- Able to work independently, but also to work across diverse regional and functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent PC skills including utilisation of advanced excel functions as well as data analysis skills.
- General knowledge of the regulatory framework.
- A level of understanding of the FCA CASS regime and wider regulatory environment would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Operations and Custody Model structures advantageous
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
- Create and carry out data maintenance checks within the CASS Mapping Framework
- Works on projects of limited size and levels of complexity.
- Participating in regular governance meetings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Related internship experience preferred.
Operations experience, or an understanding of custody would be advantageous.
