Overview

Description

As a member of Risk Data Governance, the individual in the role is responsible for day-to-day data quality issue management, including triage of issues, performing root cause analysis, working across functional teams to facilitate data quality issue resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining necessary documentation on internal controls, assisting data stewards on various data initiatives covered under enterprise data management framework, policy compliance, principles, standards, and guidelines. With guidance from Senior Data Steward, work towards establishing preventive and detective controls for Risk owned data assets. Responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures and regular data governance status reports.

No direct reports. Primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work. Work contributes to the achievement of team goals.

Bachelor's degree Finance, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent

Working knowledge on SQL, data quality tools (Collibra, IDQ, Data profiling, Data Lineage etc) is an added advantage

3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
